Position: Registered Manager
Location: Near Swindon
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join a friendly, family run care home near Swindon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about delivering high-quality, person centred care and wants to be part of a warm, supportive environment.
Ideally, you will:
Have previous experience managing a care home.
Have strong knowledge and experience of elderly care.
Be confident leading and supporting a care team.
Have a good understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory standards.
Be compassionate, organised and committed to delivering excellent care.
In return, we offer a £40,000–£45,000 salary and the opportunity to join a well-established, family run home where residents and staff are truly valued.
